Bill Richter is President & CEO of Qumulo, where he brings over 20 years of leadership experience to his role. Prior to Qumulo, Bill was a Venture Partner at Madrona, where he invested in and advised emerging businesses across multiple categories. Before joining Madrona, Bill was President of the Isilon Storage Division of EMC, where he grew the business to $1.5 billion in annual revenue in 2014. After Isilon, Bill served as COO of EMC’s $4 billion Midrange Storage business. Bill holds a BA in Business Administration from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.

Neal Fachan brings 15 years of systems software experience to Qumulo. At Amazon Web Services, he designed and led development of advanced database technologies. Prior to Amazon, Neal was Distinguished Engineer at Isilon, where he provided technical vision for Isilon’s award-winning OneFS clustered file system, resulting in more than thirty patented technologies. Prior to Isilon, Neal worked in the Third Market group at D. E. Shaw. Neal holds a degree in Math and Computer Science from the University of New Mexico.

Matt Frey brings more than 20 years of experience leading and advising venture-backed and public technology companies, as well as extensive experience negotiating with, selling to and supporting software and hardware based solutions at some of the world’s largest corporations. Prior to Qumulo, Matt was CEO of Optimum Energy and president and COO of World Wide Packets. He was also a board member at Vitesse Semiconductor. Matt holds a B.S. in Commerce & Accounting from Santa Clara University.

Robyn Singh brings more than 18 years Human Resources leadership experience in leading technology companies driving business growth through people programs. Before Qumulo, Robyn served as the Director of HR for the Amazon Sellers Marketplace where she led a global HR team that enabled 20,000 employees to provide products and solutions to Sellers worldwide. Prior to Amazon, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Nintex, leading global people practices for the pre-IPO start up. Robyn has also held leadership roles with Citrix Systems and Microsoft, leading HR for teams in Xbox, Windows and Marketing.
Robyn holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Central Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of Massachusetts.

Craig Bumpus is Qumulo’s Chief Revenue Officer, with more than 27 years of go-to-market strategy, channel development, sales enablement, technical sales, operations, customer success and professional services experience. Craig is responsible for accelerating Qumulo’s revenue growth, driving adoption of Qumulo as a data platform in both public and private clouds, and scaling a global organization to service customers across the Americas, EMEA and Asia. Previously, Craig served as the CRO at UiPath where he led the annual recurring revenue growth of over 8 times from 2017-19. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Sales for Nutanix, where he was instrumental in the growth transitioning the company from a hardware appliance provider to a category-leading cloud and SaaS solution provider.
Craig holds degrees in International Business, Management and Marketing from the University of Rhode Island, and is a guest professor at Babson College as well as an executive coach.

Prior to Tableau, Adriana was the CMO for Artefact, where she established the company as one of top design firms in the industry and helped create and launch an award-winning startup called 10,000ft (acquired by Smartsheet in 2019.)
