Qumulo, the leader in data-aware scale-out NAS, today announced that it has been named a silver winner of the Seattle Business Magazine’s Tech Impact Awards in the Enterprise category. Seattle Business Magazine, a publication widely-read by business executives across the state of Washington, honored Qumulo at a special ceremony that took place last night. The Tech Impact Awards recognize companies in Washington state that are using technology to have a significant impact on business, industry or society. The winners will be showcased in the October issue of Seattle Business Magazine.

This award win highlights what has been an especially successful year for Qumulo, which in April announced an upgrade to its flagship software product and hardware line. Qumulo Core 2.0 and its three new QC-Series hybrid storage appliances – the QC40, QC104, and QC260 – continue to provide customers with an agile platform that can readily be refreshed with the newest hardware for maximum performance, capacity and cost benefits. The company also announced $32.5 million in Series C funding in June.
Since exiting stealth in March of 2015, Qumulo has amassed over ten industry awards for its leadership and company culture, commitment to the channel, and continued product innovation.
