Integrating CNQ with MCS is easy. Follow these steps to get up and running:

  1. Register below to get a free 30 day license of CNQ

    Insert form (Registration Form like https://qumulo.com/get-started/free-trial/ but for MCS) that also includes their AWS Account ID that they will be using MCS within. Have ONLY the AWS Demo Video on this page.

  2. Authorize the CNQ subscription in AWS Marketplace

    If you decide that Cloud Native Qumulo is the right solution for your workload, subscribe to the Cloud Native Qumulo marketplace listing to authorize your AWS account to be metered and billed for usage.

    Subscription Options

    Pricing is based on usage of 3 different elements: Data Storage, Performance, and use of the Cloud Data Fabric. Please visit our AWS marketplace listing for current pricing and meter rates.

    Data Storage

    You are metered for the amount of GB stored on your Cloud Native Qumulo. You will be charged based upon the storage class your cluster is deployed as:

    • Hot clusters are deployed storing data on S3-Standard or S3-Intelligent Tiering.
    • Cold clusters store data on S3-Infrequent Access or S3-Glacier Instant Retrieval.

    Performance

    • Throughput is metered per minute and you are charged fractions of a penny per GBps of throughput consumed per minute.
    • IOPS is metered per minute and you are charged fractions of a penny per 1,000 IOPS consumed each minute

    Cloud Data Fabric

    • Charges are based on use of Cloud Data Fabric portals. Only data exported from a Cloud Native Qumulo (i.e. sometimes referred to as the “Hub”) is charged. Edge cache usage, and caching from on-premises for burst render, is always free.

    Purchase Models

    By default, Qumulo meters usage hourly, and the AWS Marketplace will bill your account separately at the end of each month. For large-scale usage, Qumulo also offers pre-paid commitments, in which customer purchase credits up front in exchange for discounts on meter rates.
