The Qumulo C-series keeps pace with a company’s requirements as its data footprint gets larger and the demands from the compute resources become more intense. Adding a node increases both capacity and performance and takes only a few minutes. The flash-first hybrid architecture means that data is always written to the SSDs first. Frequently accessed data stays there for instant availability and infrequently used data is automatically moved to the HDDs.

Companies find that the Qumulo C-series allows them to operate with much lower TCO than legacy systems. The C-series is delivered as an integrated solution that combines QF2 software with the latest in industry standard hardware components. QF2’s block-based protection system, which stores small files as efficiently as large ones, means that 100% of the provisioned Qumulo C-series disk capacity is available as opposed to the 70% to 80% recommended by legacy vendors for their hardware. Companies using the Qumulo C-series reduce their TCO by both saving on the cost of the storage itself and reducing infrastructure costs such as rack space, cooling and power.
